All putts “in the leather” are good. This means if you place YOUR putter head in the cup, lay it down and your ball is within the putter head and the bottom of the putter grip, pick up the ball and add a stroke.
EXCEPTION: All birdie and eagle putts must be putted even if they are “in the leather”
